This task involved preparing and installing Windows 11 on a computer system. During the installation process, I selected the appropriate language and regional settings before configuring the storage drive. I identified the correct primary partition and prepared it for the operating system installation. This activity helped me develop practical skills in operating system deployment, disk partition management, and system setup procedures commonly used in IT support environments.
Windows 11 Activation & System Configuration
After installing Windows 11 Education, I verified that the operating system was successfully activated and functioning correctly. This process involved checking the activation status, confirming the licence was valid, and ensuring the system was fully configured and ready for use. This task helped develop my understanding of operating system deployment, licensing, and post-installation system checks commonly performed by IT technicians.
Microsoft 365 Installation & Configuration
As part of preparing the system for everyday use, I installed and configured Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive. After installation, I verified that the software was functioning correctly and checked the subscription and account settings. This task helped me develop practical skills in software deployment, application configuration, and user account management within a professional IT environment.
